1. Acceptance of Terms

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, and all balances and pending bonuses forfeited without notice.

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jl1000 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jl1000. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to access your account;
• Creating more than one account on jl1000;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to access or interact with the jl1000 platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such instances must be reported to jl1000 immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering or using jl1000 to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl1000 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you are not authorized;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from jl1000 without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl1000 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, sound recordings, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of jl1000 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl1000 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. jl1000 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available or entirely free from defects.
